Dr. Uttkarsh G
He has more than 20 years of experience in medical arena and has worked with reputed institutions such as LNJP Hospital, Max Hospital in earlier part of his career.
He completed his MBBS from S. N. Medical College Agra and pursued his Post Graduation from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. His entrepreneurial inclination led to his studying MBA from University of Melbourne, Melbourne in 2005-06. After which he worked as a consultant to hospitals in UAE and advised a few on structuring and capital raising.
He himself is a fitness enthusiast who has completed 20 km walk on quite a few occasions. He is currently writing two books on achieving fitness, entitled: “Science of Losing Weight” and “Gaining Weight & Keeping Fit”.
In these books he has broken a few myths such as losing 10 kg or more in a month. He states “we can’t and shouldn’t try to lose more than 2% of our weight in a month”, so even if you’re 100 kg, it’s alright to lose just 2 kg in a month, with consistency and discipline, you’d lose >20 kg in a year and that’s enough for a 100 kg man to be fit and fine.
Currently, he’s writing the book on Anti-ageing, entitled – “Reversing the Clock – the Anti-aging Manual
